You do not have any desire to meet someone else and it seems the best to send a message to your ex and visit him for a reunion.
You begin to remember only those good things that kept you together, looking at the old photos and thinking why you can not continue where you left off, and if you can possibly try again …
In those moments you need to talk to your friends. Only them can show you a stop sign before you make something you’ll surely regret. They are the only objective persons that can point out why you hung up.
If you acccept the fact that your ex is the ex for a reason and it should remain so, you will save yourself a lot of bad emotions, time, tears and another scar on your heart.
